1. The prize draw is open to UK and Irish residents aged 16 and over, with the exception of Garnier employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Entry to this draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entries will only be accepted on the official internet form or the freepost postal slip, only one entry per person. Copies will not be accepted. No bulk entries.
4. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, whether due to technical problems or otherwise. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
5. Entries must be received on or before 14th November 2008. The prize draw will take place on 28th November 2008. Garnier reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.
One (1) completed entry will be drawn at random and the winner will be entitled to a weekend in Milan for 2 people including:
- 2 nights accommodation at the 3* Artisan Hotel for 2 people in a twin room with private facilities on a bed & breakfast basis
- Return flights from Heathrow to Milan (designated flights) transport to and from the airports in not included

6. The prize is valid for travel any weekend in 2009 excluding various dates during the Christmas, New Year, Easter periods, Bank holidays & Trade fairs.
7. The prize is subject to availability.
8. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the draw date.
9. The prize is as stated and there are no alternatives or cash substitutes.
10. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The winner agrees to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
12. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner
13. If the Promoter cannot contact the Winner within a 2 month period of the draw date using the contact details provided, the Promotor may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
14. The name of the winner will be provided to anyone sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Garnier, 255 Hammersmith Road, London W6 8AZ within four (4) weeks of the draw date.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
16. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
17. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
